# How to send a Self-Scheduling Invitation

## If you want to be hands off in the scheduling process, Great News! You are now able to send subjects an invitation link to self-schedule STUDIO sessions in the client portal. The process is quick and easy.

All self-scheduling subjects should be sent an **Invitation Link** to request their session through your client portal. **These sessions are for studio ONLY.** I have included the instructions and screenshots that will help walk you through the process. ***Links to videos are at the bottom of this message.***

 

Click on "Create New Studio Invitation" or "Subjects" (if you click Subjects, click Self-Scheduling Invitation from the dropdown)

Select your "Billing Office" and then click on "Select" to add the subject information

If the subject has a company email put it in the "Search By Email" then click Next. If they have a gmail, yahoo, etc click on the blue link \> Then add the subjects information and save

Click Generate Invitation Link

The Email Invitation will appear \> Add email where you want the invitation to go and click Generate Link again

The invitation will be sent to the subject to begin scheduling
